Our People Managers are given the tools they need to lead high-performing teams. Our management style is a coaching, mentoring approach. We run leadership workshops with some highly experienced coaches and regularly provide mentoring for our current and future leaders. Our workshops are engaging and interactive and have shaped a culture of internal development.
Assessment of Professional Competence (APC)
Paragon has a strong APC graduate base and proven success, with a good pass rate for APC candidates. Paragon provides full structured training support. Graduates are assigned supervisors and counsellors within their teams and will also work closely with Directors. We also provide monthly graduate workshops and access to external Continuing Professional Development and other support as required. Strong graduates can thrive at Paragon, and some have achieved rapid promotion where they have excelled.
