We are delighted to announce that Adam Alexander has joined Paragon as Director to head up our new Energy & Sustainability team. Adam will complement our current Environmental service offering as asset sustainability becomes more and more important in the built environment decision making process. With over 20 years of property experience, he is qualified as both a Low Carbon Energy Assessor (LCEA) and Low Carbon Consultant (LCC), with experience on BREEAM / WELL and LEED.
Adam has both the qualifications and skills to advise on and produce sustainability & energy plans, assessments, Carbon and Energy Management Plans for clients across all sectors. He is also able to advise and provide compliance on ESOS and SECR compliance for businesses who face Carbon reporting as a matter of legislative purposes
With a background in M&E design in both contracting and consulting, Adam as a Chartered Engineer with CIBSE, brings a rounded and practical approach to the best solutions and recommendations for clients across numerous sectors.
