Description

This 10 year scheme includes a wide range of new job opportunities through 1.5m ft² of high quality business space, 221,000ft² of leisure, hotels, cafes and restaurants, 194,000ft² of retail space including a new food store and up to 300 new homes. This project also includes a 113 acre public park and a new main link road including a bridge structure over Network Rail’s main line into Leeds.
