In celebration of our 10th anniversary, Paragon has looked at the top 10 projects we’ve advised on over the last decade.
As part of our tenth anniversary celebrations, we’ve delved into the decade-long archives and looked at the top 10 projects Paragon has been involved in since our inception in 2009.
The former home of Lord Beaverbrook, Beaverbrook is a Grade II Listed estate set in 230 acres of pasture land in Surrey. Paragon helped transform the property and grounds into a luxury development, including a prestigious private members 18-hole golf course, deluxe five-star hotel, spa and health club, fine-dining restaurant and cookery school.
Porsche Experience Centre, Silverstone
Paragon supported Porsche on the construction of a new driver experience centre at the Silverstone race track, where the sports car manufacturer showcases its performance models. The project included a two-storey circular building with roof terrace, as well as the remodelling and extension of an existing rally circuit.
15 Kensington Palace Gardens, London
Described by English Heritage as 'one of its finest refurbishments’, our project management, cost consultancy and contract administration services worked in collaboration on this Grade II listed property. Located within the Crown Estate in Central London, our work involved both an internal and external refurbishment at Kensington Palace Gardens, together with a substantial extension including a new basement.
Monument Place, London
In London, our project management and cost consultancy services supported Rockspring with its new office space. The project consisted of demolishing the existing building with the retention of the basement, then reusing the piled foundations to develop a 10 storey, 75,000 sq ft new Grade A office with landscape terraces and street-level retail units.
Teddington Riverside, Surrey
Comfortably accommodating 217 private apartments, six new-build houses and the renovated Weir Cottage, Teddington Riverside takes its inspiration from traditional riverside structures such as brick wharfs and bonded warehouses. Paragon acted as the employer’s agent for this development.
111 Cannon Street, London
Applegarth Properties appointed the services of Paragon for its Cannon Street office development. Constructed over 16 months at a value of £8.4m, the project saw the creation of a new office and retail development comprising shell and core retail space over three floors from basement to ground floor, together with seven storeys of new office accommodation.
Senator House, London
Using our project management and environmental and sustainability services, we supported on the façade renewal, office refurbishment, atrium partial infill, and the creation of roof-top café and terrace at Senator House, valued at £21.8m.
