My career history:

• Started career in estate agency.
• Joined Liberty Living as an accommodation / facilities manager.
• Went back to university in 2018.
• Joined Paragon June 2021

My career highlight:

Taking a gamble to go back to university and study building surveying and it’s worked out so far!

What keeps me motivated:

Working towards my APC to gain chartership and trying to improve my technical skills as a building surveyor.

What I do differently:

From working within estate agency and student accommodation I am comfortable communicating with people from all walks of life and backgrounds.

What keeps me busy at the weekend:

I’m a keen cyclist and run a cycling club with a friend of mine and now have members in 15 different countries. Generally, I love to do anything active, although I do love an evening in front of the TV having a Netflix binge.

My favourite food:

I’d have to say Italian is my favourite cuisine after living there for a while. Although I’m partial to a good authentic curry and Mexican / Thai, anything with a spicy kick!

My favourite eatery:

Ciao in Manchester (Italian owned) does an authentic pizza as close as you’ll get it in Naples. 

My favourite drink:

Flat white for during the day (try Federal in Manchester the best) in the evening any cold IPA.

My favourite travel destination:

Italy, there is so much I’ve not explored and speaking some of the language definitely improves your experience and connection with the place you’re visiting.

Not many people know this about me:

I used to work as a baker while at college!
