My career history:

• Studied at Northumbria University from 1996 - 2000
• Joined CNP as a graduate in 2000 and left as a Director in 2009
• Joint Founding Director of Paragon from 2009 to present

My career highlight:

Decisions I make shape careers and lives and I am proud to watch others grow and achieve their ambitions as our business grows with them.

What keeps me motivated:

Doing what we do I find every day is a different day with a new challenge!

What I do differently:

Think and plan ahead with sound commercial advice. I try and foresee issues and deal with them before they become a problem.

What keeps me busy at the weekend:

Running, Skiing, Sailing and Motorsport keep me interested outside of my Surveying career. I'm a member of Thames Sailing Club and a regular last minute entry to charity runs, triathlons and the odd track day. Tools and engines keep me in the garage with a couple of old café racers needing some TLC! I love travelling and exploring new places.

My favourite food:

Has to be steak.

My favourite eatery:

Zuma.

My favourite drink:

Nothing beats a tea.

My favourite travel destination:

Greece.

Obi-Wan Kenobi rode one of my motorcycles!
