My career highlight:

On leaving the Middle East to return to the UK, I was blown away by the gratitude and sentiments expressed by the individuals in my team regarding the positive impact my management has had on their careers.

What keeps me motivated:

The above career highlight is a key motivator for me along with creative problem solving and successful management of projects to ensure high level of service and reduced project risk.

What I do differently:

Focus on listening and understanding challenges in order to effectively resolve root issues and mitigate impact.

What keeps me busy at the weekend:

I love to be outdoors with family and friends either exploring the local parks or barbequing in the garden (whatever the weather!). I try to get away for snowboarding and surf trips as often as possible. I also enjoy playing guitar and love nothing more than an impromptu jam with my two year old and four year old.

Indonesia for the surfing and French alps for snowboarding
