• Worked in recruitment from 2006 – 2009.
• UWE Bristol – Business Studies Degree 2003-2006

My career highlight:

Going from Graduate to Associate Director in 4 years of hard work. All achieved at Paragon.

What keeps me motivated:

No one day is ever the same. I’m always learning and believe I always will be.

What I do differently:

Provide sensible advice by listening, understanding the issue, analysing and communicating a clear solution or options for my clients.

What keeps me busy at the weekend:

It used to be tinkering away on cars and DIY projects but three children under the age of four keeps me busy now. I love it though, time vanishes and before I know it I’ll be back in my garage when the children have left home wishing they were still here.

My favourite food:

I love good Italian food and cannot wait to buy a villa in Tuscany.

My favourite eatery:

Numero Uno (a real Italian restaurant) on the Northcote Road in Clapham Junction, when I lived in London.

My favourite drink:

Ale, Guinness, wine…..I’m not fussy.

My favourite travel destination:

St Anton, Skiing

Not many people know this about me:

I travelled across Europe and Asia over land from London to Beijing in my 20 year Ford Fiesta when I was 21 years old.
